报告人简历：

Dr. Tilo Schöne is a senior scientist at GeoForschungsZentrum Potsdam. He is the head of research group “Geodetic Hazard Monitoring”. His research objectives include radar altimetry, tide gauges, GNSS networks for tectonic studies. Prof. Tilo Schöne was responsible for the installation of GNSS buoys and GNSS-controlled tide gauges for the Indonesian Tsunami Warning System (2005-2014), responsible for the installation of a hydro-meteorological monitoring network in Central Asia (since 2008). He is also the member of the IGS Governing Board and Chair of the TIGA Working Group, the expert of UNESCO IOC/GLOSS Group, the member of IAPSO, Commission Mean Sea Level and Tides, and the member of the Coordination Board of GGOS and Lead of Focus Area 3.
