主讲人简介：

Dr. Naser El-Sheimy is Professor and former Head of the Department of Geomatics Engineering, the University of Calgary. He is the former founder and the Chair of Trusted Positioning Inc., Calgary. He held a Canada Research Chair (CRC) in Mobile Multi-sensor Systems (from 2003- Date) and the scientific director of TECTERRA Centre of Excellence for Commercialization and Research. His research expertise includes Geomatics multi-sensor systems, GPS/INS integration, and mobile mapping systems. Dr. El-Sheimy has published two books and over 450 academic papers.

Ruizhi Chen is currently an endowed chair and professor at the Conrad Blucher Institute of Surveying & Science, Texas A&M University Corpus Christi, and an adjunct Professor at Tampere University of Technology, Finland. He earned his Ph.D. in Geodesy from University of Helsinki. He was a professor and the head of the Department of Navigation and Positioning, Finnish Geodetic Institute from 2001 to 2012. His research expertise includes Ubiquitous Positioning, Mobile Geospatial Computing and Context Awareness. He has published two books and more than 150 academic papers.
